Delta Airline Slapped with Millions in Fines

March 2011 —

After reviewing hundreds of complaints from passengers with disabilities and violations made against Delta Airlines, the U.S. Department of Transportation slapped Delta with a $2 million fine.

EEOC Files 3 New Cases under ADAAA

November 2010 — 

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced the filing of three new disability discrimination cases, charging employers in Georgia, Maryland and Michigan with violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) alleging discrimination against qualified individuals with diabetes, cancer and arthritis.
