Emerging Leaders is a highly competitive program that places college students with disabilities in fulfilling summer internships and provides them with leadership development opportunities. Emerging Leaders partners with businesses to help them find outstanding talent while also considering diversity and inclusion in their hiring practices.

National Grid
National Grid has launched Enabling, a new Employee Resource Group (ERG) designed to create a more inclusive environment for families, care takers, friends of and employees with disabilities. Enabling is one of many ERGs* within National Grid that advise and guide the company on various business and corporate culture initiatives. The ERGs are open to all employees.
