Knowledgeable Information Specialists
When a company is dealing with disability-related issues, questions are inevitable, and in-depth research is often time-consuming and impractical. To alleviate this burden, the NBDC offers a hotline staffed with knowledgeable information specialists who can offer guidance on a variety of issues, including compliance, accessibility, recruitment, reasonable accommodation and staff training. If a question requires research and can’t be answered immediately, specialists will follow up and provide the appropriate information.
Member and non-member corporations alike can call (516) 465-1519 for prompt, accurate answers to all disability-related employment questions.
The hotline is available weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (ET).
